      – Post, upload or otherwise transmit an image or video of another person without that person’s consent;

      – Engage in commercial activity (including but not limited to advertisements or solicitations of business; sales; contests; sweepstakes; creating, recreating, distributing or advertising an index of any significant portion of the Content; or building a business using the Content) without OMG’s prior written consent;

      – Use technology or other means to access, index, frame, or link to the Site (including the Content) that is not authorized by OMG;
